2. Using Our Website and Services

In consideration of the promises and obligations given and assumed herein, and intending to be legally bound, these Terms of Service provide as follows.

Dsport Graphics will only knowingly provide products or services to persons who can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law.

9.2 Termination by User

Upon termination, Dsport Graphics may delete any files, designs, content, or materials relating to the user's account, and shall have no liability to the user for doing so. Termination does not affect any rights, remedies, or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.

10. General
